Description

The S6 upgrade motor package for the Hormann DD Decotherm roller shutter door provides speeds of up to 1.1m per second which is getting towards the speeds of many traditional high speed fabric curtains, none of which offer the tested insulation and strength of this type of roller door.

If you think you need a 'high speed door' for your building, maybe just change your existing door for one of these superb roller shutter door and the problem may be solved with many additional benefits.

Most people simply want a roller shutter door which opens faster than the majority of roller door which are encountered , usually budget price 3 phase motor driven shutters using very basic lath sectons incapable of the additonal forces of a high speed motor drive. if you have an opening on your factory or warehouse which opens frequently then this is defintiely worth a look at.

Application

Industrial or commercial buildings where a higher speed opening is required because of frequent movement through the opening.

Measure

For the purposes of pricing we require the width and height of the daylight opening, but also the inside return dimensions either side of the opening and the headroom above the lintel. Most roller shutter doors are installed to the inside face of any opening to maximise width and height and to keep the side guides and curtain roll out of the way, but is is always possible to install a roller door inside, inbetween, or outside and opening if required.
