The ThermoTeck speed, like a lot of the Teckentrup doors, is manufactured to a specification way above any normal roller shutter door in the UK.

If you want a high performance, high speed roller door for your premises, this is the one to look at. Gone are the old days of having a budget rolling steel door with a fabric high speed curtain bolted on for daytime use so you had a physical barrier and then a fabric door to control the atmosphere inside. This double skinned steel, insulated roller door provides the security and high speed operation in one door.
 
  • Available up to 10m wide and 9m high with central supports to allow up to 20m wide if required.
  • Speeds of up to 1.5m per second during operation
  • Resistance to wind loads of class 3 or 4 available
  • Special slat profile geometry allows the tightest of curtain rolls when opened

Application

This is one of few ultra modern, high speed and insulated roller shutter doors for the 21st century and perfect for almost any occupied building to help control the internal temperature, security and efficiency of the building and movement in and out.

Specification

High-speed Roller shutter, double-skinned, insulated, made of steel profiles, galvanised and coloured.

Resistance to wind load in accordance with EN 12424 class 2. 

Make: Teckentrup High-speed Roller Shutter, steel profiles, double-skinned.
Drive: direct mount drive 400 V (three-phase voltage), IP54, 20 cycles (Open/Close) per hour, with emergency crank handle, integrated anti-drop device, TÜV tested, maintenance-free. 
 
Control: in the basic version, with pulse control, soft start and soft stop
(application: fast running roller doors). 
Integrated main switch with CEE plug.
Installation: behind the opening, all fixing material, matching the building structure will be attached.
Compile and tender according to requirements.

and electric forced disconnection, (three-phase  volt.) 400V, 50Hz, 20/30 cycles*, degree of
protection IP54, with emergency crank handle, TÜV tested.

* A cycle is a complete closing and opening operation of the door.

For direct mount drives, with with pulse control (Control method for frequency inverter), soft
start and soft stop.
Fully wired ready for use an with CEE-plug.
