The SeceuroDoor 95 is not just another insulated roller shutter; it is designed as a true industrial door for larger, more demanding openings. The insulated 95 mm “full hard” steel curtain is far more rigid than standard insulated slats, which means less deflection, less rattle and a more stable door across wider spans and taller heights. This strength, combined with wind performance up to Class 5 (depending on size and guide configuration), makes it suitable for exposed locations and larger industrial doorways.
Unlike lightweight commercial shutters, the SeceuroDoor 95 is built around proven GfA industrial motors and controls, with options for high-speed operation using frequency inverter drives. This allows the door to open and close quickly on busy loading bays, helping to reduce heat loss and improve traffic flow. The combination of insulation, strength and high quality drive system makes it a realistic alternative to insulated sectional doors on many projects, often with a smaller footprint and fewer moving parts.

SeceuroDoor 95 insulated roller doors are most often specified for large, heated industrial buildings and busy access points where both strength and thermal performance are important. Typical applications include distribution centres and logistics hubs, manufacturing plants, vehicle workshops, production facilities, bulk storage areas and high-usage loading bays. It is also well suited to refurbishment projects where older sectional, sliding or basic single-skin shutters are being replaced with a more efficient, modern industrial door that offers better insulation, smoother operation and higher overall performance.
Hardened steel insulated electric roller door
With an insulated roller door not only do you get the benefits of the insulation from heat, cold and some acoustic protection too, you also get a far stronger door curtain offering greater security and also greater overall stenght and stability, avoiding the rattling in windy conditions heard on so many cheap single skin steel roller doors.
The special ‘full hard’ steel makes this roller shutter door profile especially resistant to damage and reduces deflection. With the option of interior and exterior identical colour coating our insulated shutter can easily be blended into the look of any building yet is also available with a galvanised finish.
The 95mm slat is specially manufactured with CFC free foam infilling the steel double skinned sandwich and makes a very strong curtain with little deflection and no rattling in wind to notice.
This is an insulated roller door but with the strength in the curtain just as important in the decision making. It is an ideal roller door to replace any insulated sliding or sectional type doors.
It is a roller door providing a superb barrier for the external fabric of any insulated building or simply for extra strength in construction.
Seceurodoor 95 roller shutters can be face or reveal fitted as well as use chain or direct drive electric motors. There are many different control methods depending on your own requirements and the site conditions too. The most bascic controls are usually internal wall mounted button controls and then you can go right through to remote control or radar controls.
This is one of the Seceurodoor roller doors we can also offer with a hi usage and hi speed motor drive specification to enable much faster opening and closing speeds and many opening cycles per hour with the motor rating.
Thermal and Acoustic Insulation
Minimal thermal bridges and the use of fine-pored PU rigid foam infill ensure good thermal insulation whilst curtain and sealing technology used around the entire shutter reduce noise from both inside and outside.
