Types of Louvre in Doors Many louvre sections are manufactured from high quality aluminium and always made to measure along with the doors. High security louvres are offered to provide the airflow but essential security using the basis of the Extreme or XtraGuard doorsets. In many cases we can supply side panelling with high security to match the doorset. Louvre mesh options include fibreglass insect mesh, aluminium insect mesh and then galvanised steel bird and rodent protection mesh. The angled design of the louvre slats allows for a free air ratio of up to 50% in some door models, effectively managing temperature and air quality without compromising the door's strength.
