The Samson SRD 77 Remote is an aluminium, double skinned, insulated roller garage door, with remote control operation as standard but fully compliant with UK regulations on the use of remote control electric operated doors.. Bottom edge safety sensor on the roller door curtain for detection of obstacles when closing.
2 remote handsets are provided as standard with every door, from the Somfy Keytis range using RTS technology. The internal Somfy Optimo control panel co ordinates the transmitter and receiver signals for the handsets, but also for other RTS access control systems if required.
As a bonus you also get a Somfy wireless, wall mounted, button control switch for placement anywhere to assist you with door operation internally and within radio range.

Made to measure sizes up to a maximum width of 5200mm including the guides either side. Maximum height is 2900mm plus the height of the roll and endplates which is 300mm. The side channel guides are either 70mm or 90mm depending on the door width ordered. Doors over 3000mm wide will always have 90mm guides as standard, so the clear opening width will be 180mm less than the ordering width.
The door curtain is available in 18 premium and high quality powdercoated colours with optional half or full hood in a matching colour. If you require a contrasting hood or guides colour please call or email for details and pricing.
The door also has an internal manual winding handle system to operate in the event of a power failure. If you don’t have a separate pedestrian access to your garage you should look to order the optional external emergency manual low level release in case of a power failure, but only if you have no other means of access.

Extra Cost Options:
* Emergency low level manual override to external access point when you have no other means of access to your garage. Gives manual winding operation in a power failure from outside the garage.
* External Key Switch for operation from outside the garage with a key.
* Half hood or Full hood cover. A half or full hood aluminium curtain roll cover also acts as a fascia cover if you are installing your door in between the aperture or perhaps there isn't sufficient internal headroom to completely hide the roll, then this fascia cloaks the door curtain from outside view and adds weather protection
