Electric substations, with their significant heat generation, require similar ventilation, along with a means to prevent unauthorized access. Our Defender PASGuard doors offer independent, tested doorsets to PAS24 with louvre inserts, providing peace of mind for even the most critical security requirements.

Customizable Louvre Doorsets

As with most high-quality steel doorsets, our louvre doors are made to order. Customization options include not only door sizing but also over 200 RAL colours, finishes, and all necessary hardware. For larger openings, additional transom and side panels can be added, all with matching louvre sections.

Louvre mesh options include fibreglass insect mesh, aluminium insect mesh, and galvanized steel bird and rodent protection mesh, ensuring your building is ventilated while being safeguarded against unwanted intruders.

The angled design of the louvre slats allows for a free air ratio of up to 50% in some door models. This effectively manages temperature and air quality without compromising the strength of the door.
