Xpanda Saftidor Trackless Security Grille
The Xpanda Saftidor is a versatile, trackless security grille designed to provide fast, visible protection wherever you need temporary access control. Supplied in standard sizes with two sashes as standard, it is ideal for sites that need to secure openings quickly but still keep routes flexible, such as shopping centres, car parks, loading bays, warehouses and similar commercial environments.
Price includes a pair of Saftidor sashes together with the XP2 lock and accessory pack as standard, giving you a complete ready-to-fit trackless barrier solution. The size you select is per sash, so for example an order for 1000 x 2000 will be supplied as two individual sashes each measuring 1000mm wide x 2000mm high.
The Xpanda Saftidor trackless security grille is ideal for access control and everyday security in shopping centres, factory units, car parks, loading bays and many other commercial or public spaces where you need a quick, visible barrier. Running on wheeled trolleys with no top or bottom track required, it can be wheeled into position when needed and stacked neatly away when not in use.
For added security, each trolley can be temporarily locked down using floor shoot bolts to secure the barrier in place. Locking devices on the end posts allow the Saftidor to be effectively secured back to the walls, creating a stable, continuous barrier across the opening.
These products are supplied in a range of standard sizes “off the shelf”, so lead times are typically much quicker than made to measure collapsible grilles. Because the system is completely trackless, it does not have to fit exactly to a doorway or frame opening and can be used across almost any size or shape of aperture within the stated width and height limits. The S8 Castor is recommended on all widths as above. Please ensure you allow 45mm for the height of the castor wheel when calculating for fitting the Saftidor within a reveal. |
