The AGD 120 tracked sliding commercial security gate is a gate for medium sizes openings and is offered between 3000mm and 7500mm wide and up to 2100mm in height
This Vertical Bar design model is a very popular gate for so many commercial premises. But also perfect for larger domestic entrances, with a timeless classic appearance which is both robust and practical.
Available in a choice of width and height, made to the millimetre, and in a large selection of standard powdercoated RAL colours plus Almost ANY RAL option. If you don't see the exact colour you require, or if you would like a galvanised-only product, then please contact us to discuss your requirements.
Please note that there is an additional charge for non standard finished colours.
The AGD Series of manual and automated cantilever commercial gates come with a 2-year manufacturer warranty as standard.

The tracked ground sliding gate operating system ensures a very smooth, making it perfect for so many commercial entrances. Tracked sliding gates use a ground track set into the ground to act like a railway track does and provide total stability and smooth level operation. The electric motor has minimal effort generally to move the gate open or closed and the safety is generally far higher and better at detection for obstacles.
As long as you have sufficient space to one side the sliding gate system is perfect for minimal disruption, open or closed.
This operation method is also very smooth and requires minimal maintenance.
As standard the AGD 120 is fitted with a heavy duty 230V electric motor drive to offer 100% duty cycle, no matter how often the gate is operated. An in built air cooling fan with an oil bath ensures there is no overheating or loss of performance.

The electric operated gate is especially recommended for entrances where the gate has to be frequently opened and closed. In this case, the automatic drive unit is a very convenient and easy to manage solution. Depending on the required level of safety, the power-operated gate is available in the Totmann (operated with a key switch) or the Automatik (operated with remote control handsets)
The number of safety edges also varies depending on the choice of control.
These gates are also available as the AGD 200T with widths up to 12 metres wide. Also available as a manual operated version.

The gates are supplied and off loaded with a hi-ab truck and are relatively ‘plug and play’ in their construction once the ground and electrics are prepared properly.

The ordering dimensions for this gate refer to the internal dimensions between the 2 gate support posts and provide the drive through dimension.
When selecting your ideal sliding tracked steel gate width, you must factor in the recommended run back space required for the gate leaf to open fully into. The overall space required is the gate leaf plus the run back space all included.
