Description
Seceurodoor 75 roller shutter doors represent the very best in quality and performance. Doors for almost any application from a wide range of models available as standard.
This manual operated steel roller shutter is the most popular type of roller shutter for sizes up to 5m wide and 5m high, covering a lot of aperture sizes on many buildings in the UK.
This model uses the heavier duty 20swg guage for the curtain,providing just that little extra strength and stability in the curtain, particularly useful for larger sizes.
It offers one of the lowest price solutions to close off any aperture on a building, but still using a fully compliant ‘door’ in use for a commercial or industrial application.
The door is made to measure as standard for the perfect fit and being a Traditional build this is generally always an internal face fit to the opening, which is the majority of industrial roller doors on any steel fabricated building, but also for other structures too, timber or brick built.
The Traditional build and simple manual chain operation with gearing offers a door perfect for low use applications where infrequent access is required or there is simply no power available.

Application
Typical use would be on any small to medium size UK farm building, workshop or factory warehouse, all of which are not accessed very often and have another method of entry to enable access to the internal chain and hoisting mechanism.

Specification
The standard build uses a 2o guage galvanised steel single skin curtain available in various colour finish options. 20 guage is available in our online shop if you require a thicker guage steel slat.
Colours
This roller door is available with the curtain prefinished in either a powdercoat finish which would be the same colour each side of the slat, or it is available in a plastisol coated external finish, which has a standard off white internal paint finish.
As totally standard and used by many people, depending on the roller door location, you can have the steel curtain in its natural galvanised steel finish.

Measure
Ordering Sizes for any of our ‘Traditional’ build roller shutter doors are the actual daylight opening sizes In-Between the side guides and Underneath the endplates. Make sure you always understand the guide and angle widths either side of the door curtain and the endplate/hood cover size in relation to the door size ordered.
For the perfect internal face fitting situation behind an opening these ordering sizes are effectively the aperture size, but there is always a small hang down on the bottom slat when fully open, which affects the final drive through height. If you need to maximise your height then the hangdown needs to be accounted for and the door ordered higher.
Samson Doors will always provide a final detailed door drawing for you to check and sign off with us before any manufacturing commences.
The Traditional build on this roller shutter door incorporates steel guides and track angles with optional arrangements to suit the fixing points on site. A ‘Traditional’ build roller shutter will use steel guides, channels, endplates and optional hood cover. Using steel components means the door can be larger than the Continental style roller shutters. - click here for details.
The endplates and hood cover size will vary depending on the height of the door so please be aware to check the drive through height and endplate size.
