DescriptionThe Thermoteck insulated roller shutter door is a steel, double walled curtain design using 96mm profile slats of the highest quality. The simple and robust design features a curtain which winds up when open to a very tight roll.
This is a roller door capable of sizes up to a massive 18m wide and 12m high so perfect for almost any outside opening but also used internally where required.
A direct drive, three phase 400V motor powers the door and includes anti drop device and electric forced disconnection. It complies with all the latest regulations on safety and compliance. Emergency crank override for power failures and a whole range of control devices to suit your application and building.
This door offers excellent insulation and has a tested thermal rating along with protection for noise with a decibel rating too. A double skinned roller door curtain offers far more than just insulation and quite obviously has greater protection and security than most single skin doors. The heavier slats also sit on top of each other better and have less deflection so will not rattle in the wind like so many cheap single skin steel roller shutters do.
Main Features:
- TAR direct-mount electric motor drive with integrated anti-drop failsafe device. The anti-drop device prevents the door curtain from falling in an extreme emergency.
- Wind hooks will ensure safety of the door even with high wind loads.
- Functional and stable guide rail system with plastic slide profile to improve the general door movement and slide characteristics
- The fixed inner circle guarantees low stress on the weld seams of the outer circle, and therefore the safe winding up and down of the roller door curtain.
- The bottom profile of the door with a seal made of rot proof elastic and non-freeze EPDM rubber profile takes out floor unevenness and protects from cold and dirt
- Additional mechanical locking elements guarantee effective anti-burglary protection. Optional sliding bolt: mechanical lock or lockable bottom profile that is activated electrically all add to extra security and peace of mind when closed.
- Direct electric motor drive for minimal moving parts and most efficient operation along with minimal maintenance and noise during operation of door
