Branding and Colours For Security Shutters

As we keep preaching, a security shutter does not have to spoil a shop front in any way and will actually enhance the front if careful thought is given to the colour and maybe even some branding as well to advertise the shop or business even stronger when the shutter is down. After all, most shop commercial security shutters are large and therefore a large blank canvas to work on. All our security shutters are either manufactured using factory finished standard colour slat sections in aluminium or steel or for some of the commercial, larger steel shutters, there is an option for plastisol coated slat sections, again in a range of standard colours.
If you require anything not in the standard colour range then this is always possible and the slats will be polyester powder coated in your chosen RAL or BS colour. Polyester powder coating is a surface finish where a solid powder is fused onto the surface of the metal using heat to produce a continuous film. The particles of powder are attracted by an electric charge and get into all the holes and curves to completely coat the required parts. The result is a high performance finish delivering exceptional protection from corrosion and durability to yellowing. The finish makes this perfect for interior and exterior use on all security roller shutters and grilles.

There are various gloss levels available if this is relevant and if not a default level will be chosen depending on the shape and size and colour. Choose the right colour for your security shutter and your premises can be enhanced and made to look alive.
A cheap steel security shutter in a poor low quality galvanised finish will very soon deteriorate and make the premises look uncared for and a target for vandalism.
As you can choose almost any finished colour for your security shutter from Samson then you can also add your busines logo or some graphics for branding purposes, and this can be done by a local sign writing company or we can provide a price for the work. A lot of graphics are placed on after the shutter installation in the form of a stick on transfer which will require some skill in applying as the shutter surfaces are never flat and smooth of course.
